There should be only unanimous rulings. Justices study the same constitution and have the same case information.
Our acceptance of the strict constitutionalist and activist notions is wrong.
Further, justices too often vote in line with the wishes of their nominating president.

July 3, 2025 I would certainly vote for Mr. Trump again if he still has his gusto. He is the only person in the public arena who has the knowledge, ability and resolve to reverse the liberal infestation that has divided the country,
But age might turn him into that other guy.
